The fun couple

Purple rain, our customers are awesome! Our client wanted her wedding theme to be purple rain, electric up lights in hot pink and purple with crystal accents. We had an opportunity to make her bridal bouquet which was nice especially since we love making floral arrangement's. The bride and groom delegated the bridesmaids and the groomsmen to create centerpiece, at first we were like um- yikes! But after talking to the client they were going to announce a side at the wedding that got a great gift- a vaca to the Bahamas! Well, that being said the centerpieces were ultra creative and all floral at the event were done by the bridal party.

We added a sequence border to the yummy cake and of course the favors were delicious Kara's cupcakes, a favorite of the couple. Raspberry Studio had the entire night to drape the entire ballroom at this Parc 55 hotel in Union Square, San Francisco, CA.

Minnie Mouse Birthday

A birthday isn't a birthday unless you get flowers.

Raspberry Studio did a super cute birthday party for this darling little girl who turned 2. We did lollipop red ranunclus with fragrant little lemon flowers hand tied with black sheer ribbon in mason jars. Some of the jars were hand tied with hot pink gerberas and bubblegum tulips too.

Our client had a vision of pinks and reds and polka dots- we put it together for her perfectly. Homemade hanging flowers, a darling double table cloth overlay using bright red cotton floor length linen and topped with the contrast of black and white with pattern. It really made her dining room into a fun corner for the 4 eared happy gals'.

Tossed in a balloon bouquet with of course a Minne Mouse face, played a pin the bow on Minnie and ate wonderful yummy treats!  We also made a kids art table- a shorter round table with red children chairs to surround for art projects and a fairy who came and visited the birthday girl.
Wait it's not over, Check out the cake we ordered to match this themed party!

Garden Party Brunch - A Bridal Shower

Every little detail made this event beautiful. The thought of all of the girl cousins putting in a little bit of thier personalities had to do a lot with the image coming together.
This event took place in Hercules, CA at the bride to be's home.
As close as it could get, a afternoon filled with many great friends and family.

I made a floral tiered cake which came out beautiful, layering the dishes with large peonies, lush hydrangea and purple kale. Topped the tier with a confetti cake from Susie Cakes.
The favors were made by her cousin in cute jelly jars filled with homemade strawberry jam,
a perfect favor to a brunch themed party.

We used Royal Albert dishes here and there to have the tea party look complete. Can't forget the yummy dishes, a wholesome fruit parfait, jalapeno peach cream cheese with cracked pepper crackers, bread pudding to fall in love with, tiny tea sandwiches and yummy scones.

The guests were not only wowed by the amazing presentation but went home full and happy.

Salma and Faizan

An enchanted evening for these two in Pittsburgh, CA. Salma wanted flowers to match her outfit and also match the peacock green beautiful outfits of her bridesmaids as well. The theme of the night was "secret garden". Birdcages, damask chair covers, sea green napkins, popping salmon roses and fresh white flowers. This was one of Raspberry Studios first weddings in which we only provided the table decor and flowers. Hope you enjoy the few photographs we have from this event.

Julie and Nick's Wedding

Nick and Julie were such a fun couple to work with. Both of them have smiles and laughter that can make you happy instantly. This wedding was a very small group of close family and friends in their own backyard, it was so special.

Raspberry Studio added some vintage charm to this event starting with the escort cards being in little potted plants that also were favors for the guests to take home, a great way to save on costs. We ordered 4 round cakes in plain ivory buttercream and laced the table with garlands of baby's breath, a favorite of the bride. Surrounded the table with filled jars of delicious white and ivory sweets, like rock candy and sugared grapefruit gummies.

We are not professional photographers but fell in love with the adorable photo we snapped while we attended this beautiful event. Raspberry Studio made the bridal bouquet in soft pinks and whites to match her lacey dress, we added home grown bloomed roses and baby pink peonies, the bouquet  turned out gorgeous. The bride stunning.

Muneera and Altaf's Engagement

Photography Credit goes to: BJ Martin

Muneera wanted her engagement party colors to resemble a "burfi mithai", which is a tri colored Indian sweet that tends to come in a bright yellow, hot pink, neon green and or white. We made that happen for her. A small intimate gathering of close friends and family in the backyard of her parent's home in Corte Madera, CA. Some things you know you can hold and cherish forever.

Raspberry Studio did centerpieces in a tall candle holder with an iron body and a glass topper. The fresh flowers were accented by dried roses. We used fluffy white hydrangea for the garden look, added miniature hot pink roses and touched up the flowers with some textured dried baby roses in yellow. Oh' and we can't forget the pop of the neon green mums.

The backyard was fit for wooden white chairs and shorter table cloths since the ground was uneven with pebble stones. It was all natural and that beauty was better not to cover up.

The dessert table was so yummy. Cream puffs, cakes from her favorite pastry place, marzipan fruits, jellies, fruits, chocolate's and I could go on and on. The table is decorated with artificial leaves that add texture to the natural surroundings. One item I really liked of the many ids the custom designed fabric frame. We used an expensive velvet fabric and framed it to make a backdrop on the table. Every little detail, even the graceful kitty on the table made it very special.

Raspberry Studio made the table napkins neon green and wow did they look amazing. Not many people would think a bright green can spark up a whole venue. We made the napkin rings with Indian bangles and tied golden butterflies on each. They looked magical.

The engagement party itself was magical.

Mariam and Aamir's Engagement

Raspberry Studio had a opportunity do do Mariam and Aamirs engagement at this gorgeous venue in Piedmont, CA. We based the colors around the bride to be's beautiful outfit. Burnt orange, deep blues and purples and sparks of red were the colors for this afternoon. The weather turned out gorgeous on this November day.

We used tall branches of fall leaves for the grand centerpieces for the back of the venue. They were set in extra large gorgeous iron urns that were set on a high table in front of a mirror making the arrangement looking grander than usual. I also added my favorite circus roses with some tube roses to have a fragrant smell to the venue.

The centerpieces were small but full of color, not over baring at all. We used twig napkin holders to make the outdoors come inside. They went perfectly with the wooden white chairs. Three tufted chairs to add a soft but classy look on stage surrounding a small round table with a platter of mithai (Indian sweets and a rounded leaf wrapped arrangement.

The bride picked out a basket weave cake and we topped it with some pretty fresh flowers.

Everything was so beautiful here.
